Hygienic Bulk Containers

Hygienic bulk containers have no sidewall seams, holes and other bacteria traps or any areas where bacteria might grow; it features a seamless structure that’s made from HDPE construction to keep liquid residue from pooling or collecting on any container surface. Comes with water outlet on the bottom of the box to ensure any remaining residue can be drained completed without workers having to dump the container during the entire cleaning process.

The plastic bulk containers are also known as plastic pallet box, they are environmentally friendly as they are resuable and people will have to use the single time package if it was not availiable and they also eliminate the need for expensive and problematic effluent cleaning, which means there are bucket or drum and containers that will need to be disposed of.

The sanitary container has no internal pockets or holes where dirt can be kept. Liquids can be drained fully. It does not harbor bacteria or pests. Can be manual cleaning and automated washdowns are very easy while the potential for buildup of liquid contaminants is nearly eliminated. The smooth, flat interior decreases the chances of gettting contaminated in the supply chain.

The hygienic bulk container comes with a plastic top cover and durable runners on the bottom. The container is stackable even with lid. All are injection molded in one piece from 100% waterproof food grade polyethylene for strength and durability and they can make direct contact with food. The base attaches to the container with threaded, sanitary, plastic bolts. It may be quickly removed by one person for easy cleaning or for replacement without having to replace the entire sanitary container.
