Heavy duty stackable pallet bins also known as pallet box measuring 1200x1000mm with 2 runners and 610-litre capacity and 4 ton loading capacity. Both sides and base are vented, giving the product appropriate ventilation that they need, with smooth surfaces and rounded corners that make our container very hygienic and easy to clean and an essential solution for the fruit and vegetable sector.

Manufactured in food grade Virgin HDPE with high resistance, it has an extremely low breakage rate and is able to withstand extreme temperature, making it a highly resistant and stable option for stacking many layers. And they can stack as high as 5 with 500kg load in each bin.

The values shown here are indicative, and are based on actual experiences such as ISO and SGS tests with a standard load on floor, uniformly distributed on each area of the bin, compact and stable, homogeneously distributed, for a specified time at room temperature (20ºC [68ºF]). Different load conditions produce different values that have to be checked at the customer's request.

These heavy duty stackable pallet bins run smoothly even when used in automated conveyors making them an ideal option for a various types of applications thanks to the sturdy integrated runners that are very strong to use. At each top corner of the pallet box there is a tracking device that ensures safe stacking of the bins and the lids to provide greater stack security. Lids, wheels are optional for you. The pallet bins are available in different colors and standard color is gray, we can customize the color for you as well.
