They are designed to meet the most demanding requirements of the agriculture, food processing and material handling sectors, but they also serve commercial and industrial storage needs very well as it saves a lot of spaces reducing storage cost. They are made of 100% virgin high density polyethylene with structural foam material. They meet HACCP and FDA standards and for food contact.
They are ideal for saving floor space because they stack up to 10 high when empty. The bottom crate can hold up to 4000kg. Ideal for bulk truck transportation, they maximize cost and space by filling all available space. To maximize each run, it enters 3 full crates or 4 empty crates depending on the size of the container. The pallet boxes can be handled on 4 sides with a forklift or on 2 sides with a pallet truck for easy transport.

Plastic pallet storage containers are tough and heavy duty: 500 kg unit load meets the needs of food and non food industries. Stacking load is up to 4,5 tons for high stacking, optimizing storage space. The volume is big as the length and width are 1200 x 100cm big box range offers a 760 L usable volume with compact external dimensions. Convex walls provide extra space inside increasing its capacity. Available with a drop door it facilitates loading and picking operations along assembly lines effortlessly.
The standard colour of our big boxes is silver-grey and we usually have 200-500pcs in stock which can be dispatched immediately after the order is placed. We can also customized the colors for you according to your requirements. You can also have an image or markings of your choice printed on the big boxes, including your company logo or a description of the content and the location is usually in the middle of the walls.
