HDPE plastic pallets provide an environmental alternative to wood pallets or skids. One-piece, one time high pressure injection molded high density polyethylene plastic is ideal for food processing, meat, poultry and pharmaceutical applications. They are 100% recyclable pallets therefore they are very environmental friendly and they offer a unique rib reinforced design to minimize dirt and dust collection and that makes it easy to clean and they are also known as washable pallets that do not hold or trap water for fast drying. The top and the bottom of the pallet are the same so we also call it double sided plastic pallets which are suitable for stacking use. Stackable plastic palletsallow 4-way fork access for forklifts and pallet trucks. They can be used as plastic export pallets without any issues as they are made from plastic.

HDPE is an abbreviation of High Density Polyethylene. This is by far the most common material used to mold plastic pallets because that is the most suitable material. It is also very inexpensive compared to other plastics, especially recycled resin which can be used to make recycled plastic pallets. It offers plastic pallets a middle of the road compromise between impact resistance and rigidity. They can last as long as more than 5 years.

The reversible pallets are moulded pallets and they are widely used in food processing and flour industries etc. Becausse of their stacking features, they are used to stack bags and they can stack as many as 3 layers.

HDPE plastic pallets have bottom flat vented structure which make the plastic pallet particularly stable and safe and won’t damage the bags or cartons. Furthermore, the load capacity varies according to the use: the static load is 3000 kg, the dynamic load 1000 kg and the load capacity on the shelving is 300 kg.
