Smooth hygienic plastic pallets from Enlightening pallet industry, with a smooth closed top deck and bottom without raised edges are ideal for food and pharmaceutical industries for their high hygiene levels. The pallet is made from virgin HDPE that is also recyclable. Tailored to transport, storage, logistics and compatible with pallet trucks, forklifts and all standardized transport and packaging systems and other material handling machinery. This makes the displays quick and easy to move and easy to manipulate. Customized printing or branding such as name and logo or special colors are available on request - Suitable for industry, individual, export, material handling, trade, retail and commercial sectors.

The smooth hygienic plastic pallets are ideal for food, meat, and pharmaceutical logistics and for all situations where the highest hygiene requirements is needed. The hygienic pallet is also heavy duty and it can hold up to 6 ton static and 2 ton dynamic. It’s also a racking pallet as steel bars are available for racking purposes. New internal rounded corners ensure the smoothest transition through automated conveyor systems and minimize the risk of pallets getting trapped and damaged to ensure safety at site. Manufactured from the highest food-grade virgin HDPE, the pallet has totally smooth, sealed surfaces which makes it very easy to clean and also prevents the accumulation of dirt and dust.
