There are no cavities to compromise the structure, allowing for a smooth surface that prevents dirt from building up and making the pallet very easy to clean. Flat Surface Hygienic Plastic Pallets are tested to meet international mechanical standards for impact resistance. They easily accommodate four-way entry with fork or hand trucks and compatible with most material handling equipments. These hygienic plastic pallets are able to support dynamic loads up to 1.5t  and static weights up to 6t and can support 1t on racking to expand their uses.

Manufactured using food grade polyethylene (HDPE), suitable to make direct contact with food, this plastic pallet is ideal for use in both general industry and more high care sectors like food production and pharmaceutical sites. Protective lips are moulded along the sides to keep products securely in the right place during storage and transport.
