FDA Food Grade Plastic Pallets

FDA food grade plastic pallets are suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries and are manufactured of food grade high-density virgin polyethylene, a virgin and primary resin that complies with the FDA regulations which enables it to make direct contact with food content. Certain food colorant is added during production process to gain an approved pallet for direct food contact. These pallets are generally used in food -processing industries where a high level of hygiene is required and are also popular in the pharmaceutical sector, since these two industries are submitted to strict regulations therefore almost all the companies in those sectors use that type of plastic pallet.

The proposed plastic pallets are light weight with reinforced steel bars and are designed for light to heavy-duty handling both on rack and on floor. They can easily be cleaned and disinfected because of its hygienic desgin. They are resistant to bacteria and fungi and are pest free, while being inert to moisture and water. The bottom is equipped with 3 strong and solid runners which make the plastic pallet particularly stable and safe during material handling. Furthermore, the load capacity is different based on how it will be used: the static load is 6000 kg, the dynamic load 1000 kg and the load capacity on the shelving is 1000 kg.
