All type plastic pallets are produced by fully automated robot hand, high productivity and reliable quality, however other factories use labors which is low productivity and low quality.
Plastic pallets use newest technique plastic lock to fix the steel pipe and keep it in place, other pallets use screw which have rusting problem and might come off after a long time of using or even no screw to fasten the steel pipes in side the pallet.
We use newest technique white virgin plastic+ virgin rubber anti-slip mat which is fixed to the surface of plastic pallets. However, the black rubber material anti-slip mat which is easy to fall off or even less or no anti-slip mat
They come with more reinforced rims and thick corners to make the pallets more durable while others with less rims and no thickness corner design and that makes them not very durable compared to ours.
