PP Pallet

A PP pallet is a plastic pallet that is made from pp material and has a solid platform on its base. This platform may be attached to it in different configurations, such as a size, color and loading capacity. The top and bottom of the pallet is same so this allows the pallet to double-stack above another one when empty.

They are ideal to stack bags and cartons so they are widely used in flour and other types industries where bag stacking is essential. The PP pallet is usually used in a high-stacking warehouse or one where racking has different rack configurations and it’s suitable to be used on most racking systems and as it’s made from virgin pp which makes it suitable to used in cold storage as well. The stacking can be 3 high and 1.5t in each layer. They are workable with forklift and not workable with pallet truck.

Specifications

PP pallet made from polyethylene that is well structured to make it durable and more robust compared to existing models available on the market. As it’s made from plastic, it’s easy to clean as well. The materials are FDA-approved suitable to make direct contact with food and ideal for use in hygienic environments such as food and beverage operations and pharmaceutical operations as well. It is also excellent for warehousing and general industrial purposes and can support up to 6000 kg static and 1500 kg dynamic and racking load of 1000 kg. It takes four-way entry of forklifts. It’s completely recyclable at the end of its lifecycle so it’s very environmentally friendly. FM-approved options are available.
