The pallet hdpe is a double-sided black Rackable Plastic Pallet that provides an environmentally-friendly alternative to conventional wood pallets or skids for storage and transportation. One-piece, high-pressure injection-molded virgin polypropylene plastic is ideal for food processing, agricultural, meat, poultry, and pharmaceutical applications.

The plastic pallet is 100% recyclable which has a strong rib-reinforced design that minimizes dirt and dust collection and won’t get damaged easily by forklift, will not hold or trap water or bacteria all while being easy-to-clean and washable which is important to food industry. The pallets are stackable and allow 4-way fork access for forklifts. FDA approved able to make direct contact with food items. ISPM 15-exempt for export shipping.

The pallet is made from HDPE which is a type of plastic is resistant to rotting, mildew, and mold. As a result, it is often used in underground piping to transport water and in food applications to transport food. It’s weather-resistant and long-lasting which makes it ideal for sterilization via boiling and it won’t bend or something during the process. It is also capable of withstanding acids and bases, and naturally occurring chemicals in the ground that makes it fit most industrial applications.

It’s customizable with options such as color striping and branding, ID plates and vinyl labels. Weight capacities are 6000 kg for static loads and up to 2000 kg for dynamic loads. Made-to-order pallets usually require minimum order quantities and setup fees. However, small quantities are sometimes in stock.
