Heavy duty industrial plastic pallets are a perfect replacement to wood pallets in production, warehousing, transportation, storage, clean room and mixing areas. They are clean, hygienic, rackable, stackable, heavy duty, resistant, consistent in weight and dimension, chemical resistant, recyclable and re-usable and environmental friendly. The plastic pallets are hard plastic pallets that are quite resistant and strong. They have UV stabilizer inside the pallet that makes it suitable to be used outdoor. Plastic pallet heavy duty can hold as much as 6t static and 1.5t dynamic and 1t on racking also.

l Hygiene: Made from good grade virgin hdpe, hygienic pallets will not grow mold or mildew or become pest-infested the way wood pallets can and it’s very easy to clean. If you have sensitive materials to store or transport that requires a special level of protection, we can add an antimicrobial coating for superior bacteria and contaminant protection.
l Safety for your goods: These pallets are halogen-free and FDA-compliant making it able to make direct contact with food.
l Convenience of 4-way entry: These heavy-duty plastic pallets are constructed with 4-way forklift and 2-way pallet jack entry. We also have standard plastic pallets that are 4 way forklift and pallet jack.
l Hot-stamp or molded-in logo: we can provide a hot-stamp or molded-in version of your company logo if you want to brand them.
l Suitability for bar code and RFID tracking: These pallets are compatible with bar code and RFID tracking for your inventory or shipping convenience and improve the efficiency.

Our heavy duty industrial plastic pallet is a standard 1200×1000mm open top plastic pallet. It can hold up to 6000kg if the material is just being stored on the plastic pallet on the floor and remains stationary and 1500kg if being moved on a fork. With 4-way entry, this plastic pallet can be accessed from all four sides by forklift and it has three runners on the bottom for support. Pallet weight is 22kg.
