FDA Approved Plastic Pallets

FDA approved plastic pallets are smooth pallets that feature a solid flat top, closed bottom and smooth surfaces for easy cleaning, plus as it’s made from virgin hdpe so it can withstand extreme temperature and UV degradation resistance suitable to be used outdoor. Materials are USDA and FDA approved for food processing applications and other industrial applications. Engineered for dynamic load ratings from 1500 kg. and static load ratings from 6000 kg. Available with four-way forklift entry and two pallet truck entry. Available in various colors like blue and green in standard 48"x 40".

The hygienic pallet is a washable and reusable rackable, stackable pallet made from blue HDPE plastic approved for food use. The materials in this model have been approved by the FDA and will not absorb any acids, solvents, odors, fats, water, or bacteria so it’s suitable to be used in most industrial and commercial applications.

FDA approved plastic pallets are made from virgin resin and FDA approved for applications in the Food & Pharmaceutical industries. This stackable and rackable Plastic pallet can come with Safety lip and / or rubber grommets for the cargo to not slip off the pallet easily. This plastic pallet is sized at 1200*1000mm with rubber grommets and made from virgin material. They can be used on unsupported rack and it can carry up to 1000 kg on racking.
