Anti Spill Pallet

Anti spill pallet is focused more on the prevention part of spillages. It creates a secure and durable platform that can efficiently handle various ‘prone to spilling’ fluids and substances like oils, chemicals, etc. Because of its advantage spill pallets can easily hold the drums containing the risky fluids and avoid potential damage to workers or environment.

The drum bund uses the roto molding process which is the most idea process to make a spill pallet, so that ensures to have strong durability and firm structure that can last more than a decade. The side borders are thick and has a heavy duty structure that can firmly carry drums filled with fluids, chemical barrels and other storage containers and equipment for chemical fluid. Made from polyethylene (HDPE) material, anti UV suitable for outdoor use, anti rust, anti corrosion, suitable for most chemicals including sulfuric acid.

Removable robust gratings, it will not rupture at full load, and can be removed for easy cleaning, easy for rapid treatment of liquid spill. Help to keep ground dry and uncontaminated, avoid slipping, falling accidents and the environment clean and workers safe, so ensure orderly storage and leakage prevention of oil drums and chemical barrels.

They are designed to provide a secure 230-250 litre secondary containment facility for drums of up to 205 litres and they can carry from 1 to 8 pc of drums. The raised lip, non-slip grate and easy drain threaded sump plug ensure ease of use

Anti spill pallet is made from 100% virgin resin. They are fully recyclable and environmentally friendly but contain no recycled contaminants that can compromise strength, chemical resistance or load bearing capacity and they are widely preferred by chemical industry.
