This hdpe Full Perimeter pallet also known as six runners plastic pallet or double deck plastic pallet features a vented top deck and full perimeter base with six runners/skids and is suitable for heavy duty applications. Manufactured using recyclable food grade polyethylene (HDPE), this double deck plastic pallet is ideal for use in both general industry and more high care sectors like food production and pharmaceutical sites. Anti slip rubbers are moulded along the sides to keep products securely in place during transportation and safe edges are also available. Standard color is blue and green other colors are available and it can be customized.

Having a vented deck is good for ventilation which is vital to certain goods. This hdpe Full Perimeter pallet is manufactured with food grade polyethylene (HDPE) and it can be quickly wiped down between uses due to its hygienic design and requires low levels of maintenance to keep hygienic as most wood pallets do. Thanks to its hygienic design, there are also no crevices or hard-to-reach areas that might allow dirt to build up. There are anti slip rubbers around the perimeter of the hdpe Full Perimeter pallet keep contents secure during transportation and also allow other pallets to be stacked on top and they can stack as high as 5 layers depending on the weight you put on each layer.

The hdpe Full Perimeter pallet is ideal for use in general industry as well as food/pharmaceutical production industries, with four way entry for both forklift and pallet jack, this pallet can be handled with a fork lift or stored on a pallet racking system. Manufactured to an industrial quality, this pallet has a static weight capacity of 4000kg, a dynamic capacity of 1000kg and steel bars are optional, with steel bars it will become rackable and the racking capacity is 1000kg.
