Light Duty Nestable Plastic Pallet

Light duty nestable plastic pallet is made from virgin high-density polyethylene and is 100% recyclable to the end of its life. With a weight of 6.2 kg only, its static load can reach 1500 kg and its dynamic load can reach 500 kg. These 1200 x 1000 mm light-duty nestable plastic pallets are an excellent replacement to wood and steel pallets. As the pallets have a nestable design so when not in use the light-duty plastic pallets can nest for a cost-efficient return trip or warehouse storage. The 1200 x 1000 mm footprint allows for easy 4-way forklift and pallet jack access for secure and efficient handling and they are compatible with most material handling equipments.

No chipping typical of molded plastic pallets. Can be recycled at end of life through  4-way, 1200*1000 mm and they are available in other sizes as well. Light duty pallet has 1500 kg load capacity. Available also in medium duty, 2000 kg load capacity. Tested according to ISO 8611 standard and the material is FDA approved.
