Economy pallets for transportation and storage of industrial packaging. The pallets are produced from first-class raw material, are manufactured in one piece, this ensures a long service life and meets the requirements of the industry. The pallets are compatible with all standard handling and transport systems. Due to their low weight and high load capacity they are suitable for daily use as logistics, warehouse, warehousing or as export pallets - Individual printing such as name and logo or special colors are available on request.

For smooth four-way fork entry, the pallet is engineered with a glide slope. It is manufactured of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) in a twin-sheet thermoformed process for increased strength and durability and minimal load deflection.

Nestable pallet legs are tapered, allowing the legs to nest into one another when stacked. Nestable pallet decks are solid or grated (see also: open, perforated) and are usually designed with nesting registration holes that match the footprint of the pallet legs. These pallet design features allow empty pallets to stack inside one another, normally achieving a 3-1 ratio, a distinct space saving advantage over a stackable pallet. Some nestable pallets can achieve up to 75% volume reduction during storage and transportation! This space economy reduces the per pallet freight costs & storage space required of empty pallets.
