Single Sided Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets

Single sided heavy duty plastic pallets are durable, innovative and extremely robust, they are ideal for heavy duty processing at automatic warehouses, racking system and conveyors. These pallets are designed to work for a lot of handling cycles and are particularly suitable to be used for racking systems. The heavy-duty pallets are super hygienic and they can be easily rinsed and cleaned.

 Specifications:

Our heavy duty plastic pallet is a standard Euro size 1200×1000 grid-top (as shown on the right). It is stackable and holds up to 1500 kg if being moved on a fork (dynamic load), or as much as 6000 kg if the material is just being placed on the pallet and not moved (static load) and 1000 kg if being used on racking system.

The rackable plastic pallet come with 4 way entry for forklift and 2 way entry for pallet jack, this plastic pallet can be accessed from all four sides, and has three runners on the bottom for support. Pallet weight is 22 kg and more than 500pcs pallets can fit in a 40’ shipping container.

What makes it rackable is that multiple steel bars are built inside the pallet and this makes the pallet rather strong and able to support up to 1000 kg on a rack. This plastic pallet should only be considered for use with racking when steel bars are implemented.

This Single sided heavy duty plastic pallets is reconditioned but definitely fit for purpose. They are really strong and durable plastic pallet, a variety of colours available usually blue or grey but it can also be customized as per request. With UV stabilizer, they are suitable to be stored outside and may need cleaning if appearance is critical
