Plastic Folding Pallets

Plastic folding pallets are available in different width and length in all its models, and the height can be customized too. When folded, the height of the container is only 350mm, which saves storage space and transport cost. Manufactured through injection of plastic with High Density Polyethylene with high resistance, which ensures its solidity and consistency as well as durability.

It is suitable for use as product packaging containers in large-scale fisheries, printing and bleaching plants, automotive factories, electroplating factories, cigarette factories, food factories, leather factories and many others. Compared with the wooden and metal box, the plastic collapsible container has a long service life and is lighter and safer to use as it won’t break or easily be contaminated.

When the folding plastic pallet box is assembled, they can be stacked as high as 5 with 500kg in each box, or the bulk box can be placed on standard racking as it has got steel bars on the bottom to make it rackable. Once the folding box pallet is folded flat, a 63% saving of space is gained when stacked and that saves a great deal of shipping cost.

Suitable for waste linear and compact fluorescent lamps, Sodium/Mercury lamps, or batteries, or any type of Electrical/Electronic or other WEEE waste including computer monitors so it’s widely used in waste management industry.

As the folding box is made from plastic, it’s very hygienic and easy to clean and it’s 100% recycle-able.

The plastic folding pallet offers 840 litres of internal bulk storage with optional half drop gate for easy access and it can also come with an optional lid to keep dust away. The box has simple to operate pull latches for opening and shutting the side panels and it’s very easy to operate. The non-sequential folding makes it very easy to collapse when folding the sides flat.
