Foldable Pallets

Foldable pallets are designed to offer a practical, long lasting, efficient and easily maintained solution for safe storage and transportation of finished product and raw material. As with all our foldable or collapsible plastic pallet boxes or containers, this model can be folded down to save space when not in use and 70% space will be saved after folding. They are quick to assemble and easy to operate, simply squeeze the handles on each side wall to fold the sides in.

• The robust boxes are produced from scratch-resistant virgin HDPE, this raw material is tasteless and odorless, suitable for the food industry and resistant to UV, suitable to be used outdoor.

• Foldable pallet boxes are resistant to the most aggressive and corrisive chemicals (acids and alkalis)

• Resistant to extreme cold and heat from -30°C to +80°C, suitable to be used in most conditions.

Specifications: 

Foldable pallets have been designed with hygiene and maintenance in mind with 3 integral moulded runners, smooth interior and smooth external walls, which makes it very easy to clean by reducing dirt traps. They are popular with automotive, agricultural and other general industries. For thorough cleaning the side walls can be completely removed for cleaning before being re-instated. It therefore is a genuine alternative to rigid pallet boxes and wood pallet boxes used in food production areas or for product distribution, where hygiene is a primary concern.
